CSAs, Local Food Co-ops, Farm Fresh Grocery Stores & Delivery
The midwest, and even Chicago, has a large variety of local famers and growers who supply meat, produce, and greens to the surrounding community in the form of co-ops, farm fresh grocery stores, and CSAs. Purchasing from local farms is a great way to support local businesses while minimizing the environmental impact of the food you consume.
